well my sensor was full of dust testing now on a rainy day should be quick to know if it was just the dust xD edit: yup it was just dust in the sensor for me

This actually worked!! Amazing. Thank you so much for posting this video. Just a note, so meaning that whenever we do rewiring of the doorbell with mechanical chime, we need to reset and remove it from app and configure wifi to make it work. Anyway!! Thanks again.

Thx for these instructions. I had trouble getting the wifi to connect when readding the doorbell. After deleting the EZVIZ app and reinstalling it wifi connected ok.

you're missing the last washer that lock the bearing in place.

Does this sound like a bad sensor? When my dehumidifier is off and I turn it on, it will work great for about 20 minutes. Then it will stop and show E9. I can then turn it off and back on again. It will work again for about 20 minutes, shut off and show E9. Etc. Also: Yes, it DOES make some water before E9.

Thanks other video shows replacement of capacitor inside the power supply to resolve non boot issue. Funny thing was that voltage was correct but still not boot. In any case, it looks power adopter is the 1st thing to check.

Thank you for sharing this. I had a brief power outage, only several seconds and the ezviz doorbell disconnected from my network. It wouldn't work so I had to do a reset and reconnect my network. Since then the camera and outdoor sensor works, but the indoor chime doesn't work. I will delete the device as you suggest and reset the connection and add the chime back during the set up process. Too bad if you have a power outage. You will have to do this every time. Thank you so much. Bless you
